I heard he had a 90+fastball coming out of highschool. Good luck to him. I'd like to see him pitch this summer.

The actual minor league team or in the in house league they created?
I believe the Cornbelters are now exclusively a summer college league and a high school fall ball league. College players "go home" for the summer and typically find leagues to play in. I remember reading or hearing somewhere that Taylor was going to try to grad transfer and play baseball. He's listed on the Cornbelters roster with Illinois State as his school. It'd be cool to see him on the mound at Duffy Bass.

They have both.

Last season when the Prospect League did not play, the Cornbelters created their own league of college players with four teams and play all the games at the Corn Crib. They call it the Kernel League I think. https://cornbeltersbaseball.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/KCL-Schedule.pdf

They are continuing that this season AND resuming play in the Prospect League as the Cornbelters.

He is currently listed on the Prospect League Roster for the Cornbelters.

Congrats to him, I always wondered if he would end up switching to baseball when injuries forced him out of basketball.

That's right, I forgot they made their own league. But yes, DWBird is correct that he is playing in the summer college league.
