Well, just looking at the board this morning and I didn't think I'd be the first one to post about today's Pantagraph article about spring practice opening. Interesting to see what Spack has to say.

He's pretty upbeat, I would say, altho he seems to be always upbeat. And not that any of it is any super secret new insight.
At QB, he doesn't mention putting Hatfield back into the mix. Doesn't mean they won't, I spose, but seems to be counting on Jefferson to be the backup.
J Rob won't get much work this spring, want to showcase Proctor and the young guys.
Lots of us here worried about WR, but Spack is upbeat:
Also lots of positives on the defensive outlook.
You can read the rest for yourself.

"Our players had such a good offseason," Spack said. "Winter conditioning was so good. Our testing was great. The weight room was outstanding. Numbers went way up. We're light years ahead of where we were last year at this time."
Lots of us here worried about WR, but Spack is upbeat:
"That's a good-looking crew," said Spack of his receivers. "We have speed there as well. It's a nice combination of speed and size, and they are going to be here awhile."
Also lots of positives on the defensive outlook.
