I don't know why, but on the mini plan it says this in the description: "Seat maps are coming soon. If you would like assistance picking specific seats, please call the Illinois State Ticket Office at 309-438-8000. Thank you!" I am assuming the case is the same for single game tickets.
They didn’t have a seat map for season tickets either. I was bummed about that. I get the sense that the department is trying to be more involved with the fan base by having more interaction in the hope of building relationships that turn into donor dollars. However, it’s a lot more convenient to just go on, select your seats and move on with your day.
