I was critical yesterday regarding Horne's energy. He looked tired ... probably because he played 34 minutes the day before. Just so its out there on the table ... I like DJ we need better pieces surrounding him.

Will Muller put Fleming at PG with DJ at the 2 ... I was hopeful this was the plan for the season. We all see flashes of what Fleming could be. I thought he played well yesterday. I think pairing him with Horne would be a good move. DJ can defend the quicker guard and Fleming can use his length to hopefully disrupt a shooter. Fleming can help with defensive rebounding which he has shown a knack for doing ... especially in the zone. He has the size to finish at the rim. I think if he develops his range on his shot he could be a real asset for ISU. I think DJ and Fleming would compliment each other well. I still like Reeves and the three of them should be the core and future of this team.
I agree, the entire team energy looked enormously flat. Horne did play a solid 34 mins the night prior with 3 steals and was the cause of several TOs while on Defense. Playing these back to back games has proven brutal on the energy tank perhaps!

I’d love to see Home off ball, get the ball down low for a paint touch with a kick out to the wing action for the open look 3, that way Dusan touches the ball and make the defense collapse. See more action to our offense because we are so predictable!

Though you could be correct on some of the players transferring, it did not occur last year outside of Idowu. DJ and Antonio get 10-15 shots a game here. They may be unhappy with the lack of wins on the court, but would they rather be on a more winning program and only get 5-6 shots a game? Possibly, but here they at least now know the competition in the conference and that they are going to get minutes and shots. Going to a different program may present more unknowns in terms of playing time. In talking to one of the senior players from last year at the MVC tournament, he thought it unlikely they would transfer based on the amount of playing time they get. Time will tell.

I think some will be real shocked with the outcome after this season is over......not even about the lack of wins, I’m sure it goes beyond that!!

You can't be seriously drawing a parallel to a coach building a program to a 9th year coach who is going in the wrong direction and only good years came with Oliver and Yak.
I made a statement as a followup to another statement. Was it untrue? Until a magical run through the MVCT Bradley fans had seen enough. Any parallel parking occurred at your end.

Gettting others on the block would be good.. we use to do it in 2017. Hawkins and MM use to post there and at times Phil. Malik and Phil use to post on the blocks the following year.

For a few consecutive trips down the floor on Sunday, Sissoko was working the blocks and taking the ball to the hoop when they were trying to get LaRavia in more foul trouble. I would like to more of this versus him beingrelegated to standing in the corner for 3 point shots along the baseline. It reminds me of William Tinsley's role.

Funny story about Bradley. Towards the end of the 2018\19 regular season the fans were ready to fire their coach.

I think they opened up in conference at 0-5 and people were screaming for his head. Funny what an ncaa bid will do for a fan base. They actually have two in a row and we struggle with Chicago St. I'd take wardle in a heartbeat.

Folks make false correlations on here all the time. They generally only say you can't make them when they disagree with them.

@Redbird222, just wanted to echo your thoughts on moving the lineup around ... Howard Jr to the 1, and Horne to 2/3 was spot on. The birds are looking much better against Bradley’s guard match ups. Hopefully we see more of this going forward.
