Just make it simple. FCS programs can provide a maximum of 63 equivalency scholarships. FBS programs get a maximum of 85 headcount scholarships. If you lose a kid late you can add his scholarship back immediately. Easy peasy.

LOL the NCAA will make it hard. ?'s will be how many schools add kids to replace kids who left. Transfers or HS kids especially HS. Transfers are ready made
