After this week we are tied with Missouri St for 8th and a game out of Murray St at 7. We hold the tiebreaker over Murray and would over MizSt if we beat them at home the second to last game of the year. I really want the 7 seed in STL to avoid that noon Thursday 8/9 game. Game 1 of session 2 is more convenient for the fans.

We are two games back of UNI. If we beat them Wednesday, I think we have a legit chance to finish in a tie with them, too. They’ll have a home game against Drake and a road game at SIU left on the docket.

We would need to go at least 3-1 for that to happen. Then we would also need Belmont to beat Murray State, which would elevate them. You are asking a lot. I know we are playing better, but 2-2 is probably our best expected outcome, and seeing we have a game @ Valpo, I know they aren't the best, but we we just play terrible against them, especially there. Might be the fact that you are playing in a HS gym or something when we play there, but us going 3-1 and them going 1-3, going to be a hard hill to climb. Get that tie breaker with Mo State, climb to even with Murray State (since we hold the tie breaker) and go into the Arch with momentum and the 7th seed. Game 1 would be at 6, and then when we win we play again at 6. Keep things as normal as possible.
