I think it's pretty obvious that it's a jab at the NCAA and their policies.

My guess is that someone in the valley is getting a transfer waiver that he thinks that Fisher should have gotten this season. But that’s just a guess.

I'm kinda glad Fisher didn't get one this year. I'd rather have him another year. Who knows though, maybe he could have inspired the seniors more by playing this year instead of cheering from the bench.

I was hoping DM had maybe signed a transfer for next year (and got a waiver, etc). I'm working on curbing my optimism...

When I saw this tweet this morning I was also like, "What the hell is going on." But then if you consider Muller's "tweet" history, he either tweets something pro-ISU/MVC or something like "schedule us" or he fights with Jay Bias. It's not too out of the ordinary. Perhaps he is just poking at the massive amount of transfers every year and the hypocrisy in the NCAA to allow some waivers and not others.

I wonder if this is pertaining to a specific player. I thought this response was interesting to the tweet. I don't know who this guy is, but looking at his followers seems to be connected to D1 bball.
