Just think with Illinois State could do with all those additional scholarships. Coach s
Sprock would make a lot of things happen

What men’s sport are we going to drop in order to add those schollies to football AND women’s sports?

Any men’s sports where there is little to none fan/alum attendence and the sport does not get ISU any press. What is the point of having those sports? If the arguments is we want to give scholarships away to those less fortunate how about we give them to less fortunate students who have high gpa and a 30+act. (Aka academic schollies). At least we raise the bar on the ISU student academic profile vs likely lowering it when we off athletic schollies and we elimate many of other meaningless expenses.

SHHH! You might wake up the athletic dept. Let these poor people sleep and continue to get passed by, by the world of college athletics.

I'm with Mark. If we play our cards right we have every chance of being the next Akron Zips. Wait until the Big Ten sees us! They'll love us! I can see the $$$$ rolling in! Big time baby!!!
…..and here come the Redbird haters. Learn your place ISU, don’t shed that inferiority complex. You miss every shot you didn’t take. This “woe is us” mindset is mind boggling.

🙄 Lighten up Francis. Instead of calling lifelong Redbirds haters why don't you share with the class your vision of where ISU football should be. And whilst you're at it exactly how you would achieve it. Litle things like paying for it. What you threw out was easy. How about something substantive?
