Isn’t Hatfield the highest ranked QB recruit ISU has ever had straight out of HS? Or something like that?

Actually, I think Kolbe is. He was a 3* on 247. I don't think Hatfield was that highly regarded. Could be way off.

According to the roster bios on goredbirds.com, both were rated as 3 star players by Scout.com. Kolbe was also rated a 2 star player by Rivals.com. Looks to be even steven as for a ratings go.
