That would be pretty funny if that is what I said. It wasn't a knock on Stallings at all. Stallings was one of the hottest coaches in America a while back because he was one of the best coaches in America then. However, his time started running thin at Vandy and he was lucky to escape to Pittsburgh. It didn't take too long to get rid of him in Pittsburgh. It is a fact that the perception of Stallings has dropped considerably. Otherwise, we would be reading about him as a coach that schools were pursuing. Thanks for the link on Stallings. I never heard of him before that. Lol

The sec conference was split in east and west until 2012. So those standings were based off of the 6 team east of the sec, not the entire 12 team league at the time.
