Interesting read. More coaches ought to step back and ask themselves if they really pay attention to what they, themselves, do...and how they act. I think part of the profession thinks they have to act that way.

Good on dHurley for waking up. Just a pet peeve, but loud non-stop chatterbox yelling coaches drive me nuts. Sometimes you'd swear it's just for theater.
