I went to church with this man who went to church every Sunday that he was in town. Ego was never a problem with them he was demanding he is relentless and he was trying to build great human beings from this players didn't always work out but 98% you did a great job

He expected the best from every player ever coached, unlike today where you have to massage and make their egos work for them to be productive blah blah blah no you get an extra run can't make sure he's shooting drills and suicides to bring them in line because it's not about them it's about the team. I would rather hire a whole bunch of local kids play basketball because they're not playing basketball and see what happens because they love basketball.
