Why in the world would the Valley try to compete with the AFC and NFC championship games this Sunday? I know tv dictates things and we are on ESPNU but who’s gonna watch? The football games begin at 2 and our Redbirds play Loyola and Drake plays SIU at 3. Anyone going pretty much misses the first NFL game. Talk about poor planning and possibly even smaller crowds than usual ;)

Just stay home, bring a 2nd TV into to room and watch both. Weather is supposed to suck again this weekend anyway. Glad I don’t feel obligated to go anymore by not purchasing expensive season tickets.
