A recent check of the roster on GoRedbirds shows local D-lineman Austin Galindo missing. Is this just an omission? It wouldn't be a total surprise if he's gone. He hadn't cracked the 2-deep front which goes like this-

E - Swaine
N - Ridgeway
T - Podkulski
J - Harris

2nd team

E - McKnight
N - Powell
T - Lewan
J - Guhl

Great athlete, but not sure if he has enough Pat Meehan in him to play D-line at this level.

I'm hoping transfer DE Romeo McNight steps up quickly into our system and creates some havoc from the outside in our 3-4

The news I got last week indicated he was on the roster and looking forward to the season.

Update - looks like this has changed and he has left the team. Best of luck to him in the future.

His family was transferred due to State Farm moving them. I’m sure that had a lot to do with it.
