Did they advance ISU basketball? They never won a damn thing. 15 years ago a game at UIC was a 20 point win. There is a reason why Tony Wills has bounced around as a coach.

Tony Wills played nearly every game in one of the winningest stretches in ISU basketball history. Madison Williams was a promising player who suffered a career ending injury before spending a season coaching on the bench when he didn't have to. Not sure you know what a loser or a clown is.

Apparently, we have had in excess of 100 losers and clowns play basketball for ISU. Why hasn't anyone thought to address this?

Tony was a good player. Madison, except for the dunk of the decade, was a bad player that muller loved, much like hein, but not as bad. Good guy though and he deserves to be an assistant coach. Sometimes you can teach better than you can play.

The Redbirds have a never give up attitude that allows them to make 10 point comebacks. That's really valuable to have in the team culture.

Explain please… never said they are bad people but they didn’t advance the program. The same group of guys that got Dan fired are on Yaks bench. After many on here claimed Yak was a defensive guru and college bball genius this is the best staff he could assmeble? Zero key Chicago guys on his staff. He is what he is. He made good money before the big boys figured out that he was a fraud
