We’ve done something similar this year…except it was from half court…and the prize was papa John’s coupons.

And the hole is so small I would be amazed if we ever see anyone win.

Just looking for ways to get students to the game. “Must be present to play?”

Yet another thing we did back in the day that we no longer do. Two layups, a free throw, 3-pointer and a half-courter to win a car. Our own DannyCooksey himself was a few inches to the left of winning said car in such a contest circa '93/'94.

O'Brien, Sam Leman, or Heller in Pontiac are all promo machines. What's one or two cars a season to auction off for them?

Also the race with the groceries to the top of the arena. Why not partner up with the local Kroger, Meijer or Schnucks, etc. and bring that back? Great promotion for the store to sponsor it and I don't know many students who'd turn down free groceries in any capacity.

Oklahoma State gave away $1000 last nite at halftime on a half-court shot.
