What is the point of adding 3,000 empty seats? We don't fill what we have now and none of these potential schools will help us draw extra people after the immediate newness wears off. Stop trying to make us something we are not! We should focus on improving what we are now!
that would put it at 16,750. The stadium has to be 15,000 sold for 2 or 3 years before you officially transition to FBS. Currently, they don't even have 15,000 seats. And, I'm sure if they started to transition they could get to 15,000. Even if they only got to 13,000 they can fix the books or buy up seats.

What if and hear me out. What if we joined the SEC? Build a 100k seat stadium for basketball and a 300k seat stadium for football. What if we formed our own sports network and it replaced ESPN on every TV provider?

Is this the game we are playing? Ponder they most ridiculous thing?

There is not one team in CUSA that’s as scary NDSU. NDSU would probably win CUSA the first year. ISU would be near the top by season 3 if not sooner.

That's why I say do it. You can easily build a nice resume for football and basketball. If you move up more past CUSA funding will be easier to come by. TV revenue will also be larger. A nice stadium in the future is not out of the question.

Because you're trying to get to the next level. You have to walk before you fly

I could get behind this if you included a retractable roof and hosting the 2030 Final Four and Super Bowl.

ISU needs to get out of the bottom of the MVFC first.
