How many yards of penalty do you get for noggin destruction? (not to mention chaos)could cause some chaos and destruction upside a QB's noggin.
Well .. it dependsHow many yards of penalty do you get for noggin destruction? (not to mention chaos)
I get it, someone pissed in your Cheerios this season. But geez, there are only 2 MVFC programs that can claim they've had more success than ISU in the last 10+ years .. NDSU and SDSU. And maybe 8 or so in all of FCS. Can't just look at record, which is impressive by itself. This is the SEC ... 4-4 is a top 20 playoff team .. or should have been most years since 2010 in the MVFC.Sure. Why not. This entire sport’s program is shit.

And for the most part, you'd think you could still redshirt those guys. Some may have already played, but some PT in the final two or three games shouldn't be a problem for many if not most.Jefferson has also been with the program much longer than Waring. He redshirted in 2018...2021 is really his fourth year in the program (granted COVID took away 2020). This is Waring's first full season with the Redbirds. He did play a bit in the spring NDSU game in the abbreviated season. With the season now totally lost, where is the greatest potential and who is the future for ISU football? This is not just a question for the QB position but each and every position on the team. Spack alluded to this in his press conference. The coaching staff Spack needs to address in the off season. The players he needs to begin working on now. I expect to see some younger players seeing much more playing time over the next three games. If they lose to UNI there really is no reason to not get the young bucks some playing time.
I'm confused as to why Spack burned Warings redshirt and now goes with Jefferson despite his continued struggles. And for the most part, you'd think you could still redshirt those guys. We lost so much since 2019 season and MVFC is having one of its stronger/deeper seasons .. likely a 5 bid year, arguably a 6 bid year if not for the war of attrition where we beat crap out of each other for 8 weeks, and one of our 7-4 teams stays home, while an 8-3 NEC team packs their bags.
Redbird football will be back next fall .... besides, ...
p.s. name that movie for big prizes !!!
