Getting an established OC like Tony Peterson with plenty of success and FBS experience is a refreshing change of pace. And then potentially pairing him with QB Zack Annexstad, does give us some reason for optimism. And I did like Jackson Waring in that he showed some good promise and poise for a FR .. though didn't really flourish much. Let's see what he can do with a real full year under his belt.
This is the most reason for optimism in our pass game I have had since Jake Kolbe 2016 ... that started very well, but fizzled in 2017. I blamed the OC/Spack coaching dynamic much moreso than Kolbe for his demise after very promising 2016. Now we have an OC with some pedigree .. Spack needs to let him do his job, and keep developing great defenses and run games.
