Or.....he wanted to come to Normal, experience our Eugene like weather and enjoy the virtual Homecoming this weekend.

Muller will intro him to Homecoming Queen, promise him a legit 35 minutes/game that he won't get as a Duck. Get's to play and room
with a pal so life is good.

He's also had another knee injuring along the way - McIntosh has whispered to him in passing that the Birds were a good situation and he
should check them out.

He was a 5 Star recruit so maybe he'd take us to something better than 7th - u gotta dream. Once DJ hears the news, he begs to come back.

Oh the stars are aligning.

Not going to lie ... I had similar thoughts and decided to reign in the runaway thoughts of hope

This guy - Scott Sutherlin from Minnesota - just transferred from New Hampshire to Minnesota, but this article that says Oregon State had interest also lists ISU as contacting him:

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound guard, who will have one season of eligibility remaining, last played for the Wildcats during the 2019-20 season as he averaged 12.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and one steal per game. He shot 43.4 percent from the floor, 26 percent from behind-the-arc, and 57 percent from the free-throw line.

Since announcing his intention to seek the portal, the talented guard has heard from Oregon State, UAB, Tulane, Cal State Bakersfield, Cal State Fullerton, Illinois State, Southern Illinois, Tennessee State, Montana State, Sam Houston State, University of Missouri Kansas City, and South Alabama.

While he doesn't offer a ton as far as shooting behind-the-arc, his strength is being physical with the ball in his hands and being able to drive into the lane and finish through contact on the offensive end, while being able to rebound at a superb level for his position on the defensive end.

Yeah, I've no doubt we're not seeing everybody we've reached out to. Some kids aren't on Twitter. Some may have been contacted by Jones who doesn't allow anyone to follow him on Twitter without permission.

I think it states in Muller's contract that there must be at least one Ndiaye on the roster at all times...

And this one doesn't appear to be better than either of the others - played in 27 games over 3 years, made 8 baskets and 21 points, averaged 4 minutes per game this past season in 4 games played. Pass on this Ndiaye!!

Charlie Moore is in the portal again. Wonder if we have any interest in him.
