To make nit as an at large you need 22 wins for an mvc team. 18 wins don't cut it. 10 and less sure as hell doesn't cut it and is not even halfway there in 4 straight seasons of a downward trend. 1 ncaa tournament doesn't change that. I don’t quite understand the whole argument that we shouldn’t say Dan should be fired because the buyout. As a fan on a message board, it’s my opinion based on his performance that he should be fired. The university can handle the financials.

Also, i highly doubt Bombay or anyone else on this board really even has a clue on the reserves the university has. A lot of theories I see that isu is so poor they can hardly afford to turn the lights on at RBA, yet they were able to quickly approve millions of dollars for covid testing.

I will give you guys a pass though, I am assuming most here aren’t thinking clearly tonight after popping the champagne over the big win against a depleted SIU team.

Ah so you think ISU has the money but you are too lazy to do the work. My taxes must subsidize your life style. "I want this but I want someone else to work for it.".

ISU has the money to buyout Muller. They pumped in an additional $8.9 million to support the athletic department on top of the student fees in 2018.

This isn’t a money issue. It’s a does the University care enough to make ISU basketball successful issue. Staying with Muller is a slap in the face to those of us that care about winning.
