Watch this tape. Holy crap I'm going to nickname this kid Ihop for obvious reasons. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like it. He leans a little but that'll be fixed. This kids a road grater. 300? he's got room to get bigger. SWEET! Welcome aboard Hunter.

He's clearly mastered HS level talent. Zambrano stays with his block. I'd like to put him up against our 1st team defense and see how he performs against upper level FCS.
Hunter Zambrano will be a fun name to say. Maybe not as cool as Kobe Buffalomeat but Zambrano can make up the difference with more performance.

I don't think ready for prime time yet. But I like guards with some nasty.

Built like a man, wasn't just coasting out there, playing hard. Kinda grabby, maybe?

Yes grabby and needs to keep his feet.
So I'm watching the tape and #55 looks really good to me. Stands out. Real big kid who comes off the ball.So I looked him up and he's only a JR. Marcus Tate. So I think maybe we're in on him. Why not right? Get a little thing going with U School Ft. Lauderdale. Well we're a little late. Verbal commit. Clemson.

Now that wouldn't be a very nice way to welcome him, given our DL may be top 3 in FCS .... and wouldnt be much of stretch to say near top 40 in FBS.

If you want to be the best you need to face the best. Put him in against McKnight. Of course it won't be a friendly welcoming. He'll see some moves he didn't see in HS.

The freshmen have been added to the GoRedbirds roster and it's good news. All the 2020 commits arrived. That doesn't happen very often. Nothing ruins a good recruiting class faster than attrition so it pays to get off to a good start. In addition to all the 2020 commits we now have DB Sean Paradise a 2019 commit and Brandon Price, a big target WR from a couple of seasons ago, returning to the flock. Welcome Redbirds.
