Not likely, since the NCAA owns the NIT and BU has an auto bid there. That will be seen by the selection committee as a boon for BU

Drake should represent the valley well. To say they are experienced is an understatement. I told my wife down in St Louis that drake players walk onto the court differently than other teams. They know what they need to do, they don't get flustered and they have all developed the Sturtz eye. The one where they know where the ball is going at all times. They pass the ball to spots on the court. They are a fun basketball team to watch. They remind me of the 2018 Loyola team.

I know, I was kidding. I was just having a bitter moment about '17 again. I hate this time of year. I work with people who weren't even born the last time we made the tourney and it feels like we never will. I hate hearing everyone else talk about their school and what seed they're getting and recent runs they had and I have to just laugh my way out of the conversation. So I couldn't help but think, shit, if the Valley gets 2 in some day and the at-large has a worse resume than we did in '17, that will really sting. I just hope we get back there in our lifetime.
