He's a damn good player. I think all he lacks is a little more top end speed which I'm sure he's working on. Anybody want to guess what his 40 time is? He does break a decent amount of long runs, so maybe he's moving faster than it looks.

He got here as true FR in summer of 2016 and having totally dominated at smaller HS level (4a out of 8a in IL), he was lacking in serious conditioning and physical training. He just didn't need to be for level he was playing in HS. Then he got injured during his true FR season and came back further out of shape just in time for UCA playoff game .. and really looked gassed and out of shape. From that point on, he seems to be on a very positive track as far as his conditioning, so I think he still has more upside physically .. if he trains hard and smart. But he is very talented runner, who just needed to be challenged a lot more than he was ... he's getting that now, so there could be some more upside .. even as a runner. In HS, it just didn't take much effort to dominate .. and it showed when he got here.

So while I agree with JH Bird that he lacks top end speed for next level, I don't rule out him gaining some speed & quicks as he continues to condition himself way better than he was when he got here. And he will also develop better running skills the more he plays against better competition. Marshaun was much more fully developed by his SO season than Robinson is at same point ... so I see Coprich as better at same point, but Robinson as having potential for more upside than Coprich.

Coprich didn't have to share the backfield with guys like Smith and Birch, so Robinson's numbers likely won't touch Coprich's. I love that two headed monster with Smith and Robinson and the extra punch from Birch.

He’s a damn good back and I assume that he could keep much of his power by getting a little quicker. Assuming he is in the best codition of his life this season, and stays healthy, he could have a monster year.
