While I totally agree with you about the NCAA being a joke, when it comes to NIL they had no choice. Individual states were already making it legal for athletes to make $ on their likeness. I think California was the first after the Ed O'Bannon lawsuit. 7 states already had laws / acts in place when the NCAA allowed NIL's across the board.

The ncaa could have been out in front of this, but ended up being brought to the party kicking and screaming with no real plan and now we are all seeing the results of their lack of leadership in regards to the issues facing college bball.

Ncaa leadership is non-existent.

So you're saying that his level of talent is based on what school he goes to not on his level of talent?
No, I'm saying we can't afford the NIL to keep him. Keep up, Crazzy. You're slipping . . . and that's saying something.

I say Reeves averages over 22 minutes a game and about 12 points per game. The kid can play offensively. Our opponents were targeting their game plan around Reeves and he scored 20 points a game with a good shooting percentage. I think there may be a player or two on Kentucky that may draw attention of the defense to help free up Reeves.

Save to say that Reeves won't have to beg for a summer job to get buy like our kids do.

It is pretty amazing Kentucky would not even have looked twice at Reeves 3 years ago when he left HS. Now he will be a key player in their system. Reduce the dribbling and he will do very well.

Unless they sign Baylor, my guess is he starts and averages around 22-25 mins a game and about 15ish pts a game.

Looks like Cats are out on Baylor, so I'd say look for Tone to start at one of the Wing positions next year.

Also, what the hell does Nebraska keep telling transfers to get them to include them in their final 4 or 5 schools!?

As bad as Hoiberg has been there he was still successful at Iowa State and was a NBA coach.
