I think Sissoko is going to be a very good player in the MVC. He’s a freshman.
Defense once again playing well. Can’t afford the lull of yesterday. Offense is playing within themselves and not trying to do too much.
Abdou is doing a nice job altering shots, you can tell UE isn’t comfortable shooting around him.

If he puts on a little more muscle maybe could he turn into a McIntosh?

7:01 stretch without a bucket. Coulda extended lead, but gave it up instead. Finished with final 5 pots of half to regain lead at half. Losing Horne for a good portion of half may have caused some of the defensive lapses. Gotta regain defensive intensity.

That’s the comp I was thinking of. At this point in his early career, he uses his body better than McIntosh did. He’s a solid 215 and playing at 225 or so would do wonders.

When we shoot our 3's, I wish we would feed our bigs more, so they can kick it out for the inside-out shot. That way the rest of our players know the shot is coming. Then we can get some offensive boards. (It is also results in a better 3 point percentage.)
