Hey, the Birds are in the game. They played a little man defense but Dusan got no help and Brodie destroyed it. 2/3 Zone covered the base line better-actually held up pretty well. Hemphill being out gave us the ability to play with smaller lineup, question will be what happens with him back on court. I think we’ll see Hemphill get the ball higher than first half to address 2/3-maybe go to the 1-2–2 to start 2nd half, then switch back to 2/3 when Drake adjusts ?

I had watched Drake earlier this season and the announcers said that Drake had the oldest starting lineup in the country. If I remember right, one of the starters was 23 and the rest were 22. I might be off a year on one of the players.

Even in the zone you can tell the game plan is take away the permitted shots and let Dusan go 1:1

Reeves with a couple treys, Sissoko with a pair of FTs and we're down 55-48 at 11:58.
