Jrob back today after missing last week with a heel injury. He didn't start but was back in for the second drive. Colts scored on their opening drive, 3, and then they blocked the Jags punt for a TD after the Jags went 3 and out. I'm not sure how the Jags beat the Bills last week.

Signed QB Danny Etling to the practice squad. Placed LB Pita Taumoepenu on injured reserve. Activated CB Essang Bassey from the reserve/PUP list. Promoted RB Damarea Crockett, ILB Curtis Robinson, OL Quinn Bailey and OL Drew Himmelman. Placed CB Duke Dawson on the practice squad injured list.
Shelby and Drew representing Redbirds for the Broncos

Congrats to Drew for promotion and Shelby for another block. I think he has at least 3 blocked kicks in NFL .. possibly more ??

JRs fumble in 1st half gave falcons great position which they turned into 7 a couple plays later. Still a decent game - jags 2 other turnovers were killers as well.

Actually he played the previous two weeks. And I think he was only out for two weeks starting beginning of November. Maybe hurt during the 10/31game? He's played in 10 games this year.

Thanks for the correction, I was just going by what the announcer said.

This is what the announcer must have been going by.

  • aguars' James O'Shaughnessy: Activated from IR

    Rotowire Nov 27, 2021

The Jaguars activated O'Shaughnessy (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
He's expected to make his first appearance since Week 2 when the Jaguars host the Falcons on Sunday. While O'Shaughnessy opened the season as Jacksonville's top tight end, he now figures to slot in behind Dan Arnold, at least when it comes to target/route volume.

  • Jaguars' James O'Shaughnessy: Should return Sunday

    Rotowire Nov 26, 2021

O'Shaughnessy (ankle) is expected to be activated from injured reserve and play Sunday against Atlanta, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
O'Shaughnessy was designated to return from injured reserve Nov. 17, and he's poised to return to game action Week 12 after missing the past eight games. Dan Arnold was acquired from the Panthers and has taken over as the Jags' starting tight end, meaning O'Shaughnessy may need to settle for the role of No. 2 at the position.

Oh, noooo, my bad - I was reading your message with "James first game back . . . " assuming that referred to James ROBINSON. I see now that referred to James O. Sorry about that. You were right all along!

Looks like some friction between Meyer and JR in Jacksonville. JR does not fumble often. Seems like an over reaction by Meyer but 2-10 will do that to you I guess.

Coach Hall movin' on up. Good for him. Pretty decent article on him, lots of talk about JRob and Hall's recruiting in Texas.

As reported on Pony Stampede Wednesday morning, SMU hired Texas Southern running backs coach Khenon Hall as an assistant coach with a role to be determined, multiple sources tell Pony Stampede. Hall, a South Oak Cliff graduate, is a strong Dallas recruiter and has built a reputation as one of the best at forming relationships with the city's high schools, a key for Rhett Lashlee.
