Going to be a dogfight for this one. Things have been pretty quiet outside of some follows on Twitter.

His older brother chose to be a walk on at Northwestern over an offer from umkc but has transferred to St Thomas since

“Obviously it hurt a little bit when I heard about it,” Martinelli said of Schrage’s decision to be part of a Blue Blood program. “I had stayed committed to the coaching staff, and I believed in how they always told me about the future of the program and all the things I was excited for there. It hurt a ton to hear that coach Schrage left, and to even hear that [Andrew] Dakich left.”
Dakich, who was Elon’s Director of Basketball Operations, left as well recently to become an assistant coach for newly hired Ryan Pedon at Illinois State.

“Those two were both big impacts on my decision to go there,” Martinelli said of Schrage and Dakich.

Birds might have an inside track here....would be an absolute STEAL.

Well the other angle is his desire to bring a program to "new heights." In our case, we were great in the 70's & 80's, pretty good in the 90's, and terrible since. Might be good to pitch "returning to those heights."

I caught on to that too. Hopefully, Dakich already knows about this aspect and will hit hard that the Birds haven't hit the goal of an NCAA Tournament during Nick's lifetime.
