Ben Krikke was third team all-conference last year, and this year he is on the all-improved?

I thought the same. He has averaged 12.3, 14.2, and 19.6 ppg the last 3 years and he's on the most improved. WHAT?

Brodie is a stretch, too, IMO.

Averaged 8.7 points and 7.1 rebounds this year. Slight improvements in both from last season, which is to be expected with a six minute per game increase in playing, but as a sophomore the year before, he averaged 7.7 points and 7.3 rebounds. Surely, you can find someone who has improved more.

He was preseason first team too. Wild if they don’t put him on first team tomorrow. He’d be preseason first, most improved, and second team at end of year. Huh?

The only fly-in-the-ointment could be coming from the fact that Belmont/Illinois-Chicago/Murray State, being new members, approached it more as a clean slate; otherwise, it makes the office look poor for not vetting the approach/results better (I think Jeff Jackson has done a good job but he may have been wise to have the likes of Mike Kern follow Doug Elgin to greener pastures).
