Kyle's dad was Daryl Thomas. Played for Joe Pingatore at St. Joe's. Also played for Bobby Knight at IU. He made the pass to Keith Smart who made the shot that beat Syracuse. I was at that Final 4 in New Orleans. Daryl passed away a couple years ago. He was a great UNSELFISH college player. I loved watching that IU team.

i had the displeasure of getting my ass whipped by St Joe’s 8 times in high school. The tile floor they had at their place was awful on the hips/knees/ankles
Daryl Thomas was an excellent player in HS and college.
