Strong recently visited Nevada.

I won't rip any kid for transferring but if you are going to transfer out of a program attempt to put yourself in a position to transfer to a program that has a shot in March. neb and minny aren't going to be very busy mid-March of '23.

I don’t think “getting to March” is the goal of 95% of college athletes. Getting paid to play after college, whether over seas, or in the nba, is the goal. This disconnection with fans and athletes is the same reason why fans of professional teams get upset at players not taking a home count discount to be with their team. Frankly, winning is rarely the most important thing to anyone

Totally agree.
Fans love to think this passion still exists, but the days of going to battle with your brothers to represent the name on the front of the jersey are loooong gone. Have been for quite some time.
Show me the money….

It's not even money after college. It's money right now. What fake "charitable" group that was created in the last two years by some wealthy alumni will pay me for "chartiable" work and some tweets during my time at this college?

It’s been about the money for decades: NCAA, conferences, schools, coaches, university presidents . . . Now the players have a way to get their cut. I’ll say it again. I think the NCAA is going to kowtow to the P5 and we’ll see a split in CBB similar to the FBS/FCS split. We can’t compete Because we don’t have the money. But we’ll have one of the best facilities out there for a second division team.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he goes to Colorado St. The Moore kid transferred to Mo State after playing for the Rams. Really nice player from Danville who will be very good in the Valley
