Looks great. Between this, the new turf, and the IPF, this has been a huge year for the baseball facilities. We should be able to recruit at an elite level in the MVC. Hoping the team can turn things around this year. If not, I would think Holm's seat might start getting warm.

Kind of surprised they didnt add a clubhouse into the new building (unless they did but didn't show it in the video). Not the shortest walk to Horton for that.

I don’t think there is a lot of room there to add one. With baseball, softball, and soccer all occupying a tight spot, they probably needed to build it as part of the stadium.

They are very fortunate PD did the heavy lifting with his gift. Perhaps with a rebound season and a new contract, there is a chance he can do something else big. Credit to Sean Johnson; he put this one on his shoulders until it got done.

Like with every other effort, it is very difficult to get major donors. We have people with a deep passion for athletics; we have people with a lot of resources. The problem is having few people where those are combined to lay the foundation for a major project. For as much touting and fanfare for the two major IPF gifts, they did not come through. (Probably should never have been booked without part received)
