Several of these kids uncommitted. Some of the top players in the state.

And I have seen Marquise Kennedy up close. We are in trouble. Landing Antonio Reeves would help.

Who is Deonte Billups kid? 1st-team all state and not committed? got more votes than Max Christie? Kid has got to be pretty good. Are we on him?

Can only assume that Muller was watching Antonio Reeves when he went to the Simeon/Curie game.

Khailieo Terry, Champaign Central (6-3, Soph., G) - This kid has springs for legs. Saw him throw down a 360 on a breakaway in a Regional game as a freshman. Absolutely ridiculous stuff. Definitely one to watch heading in to his junior season.

The fact that Kennedy isn’t a first teamer is a joke.

Pure silliness.
I don’t know about the Moline high school kid but Kennedy is nowhere near the talent of the other four players. The 4 Chicago area players are all high majors

Longtime central IL sportswriter told me this weekend that he heard ISU has been expressing interest in 3A 1st teamer Terrion Murdix (Springfield Southeast). No idea if it's true or not. Has supposedly committed to Chicago St (not exactly eye-popping) but not sure if it's rock solid.

Kennedy is High major talent with mid-major height.

He pretty much dominated Simeon’s entire team in the regional final.

Had like 28 pts. Made several monster shots in 4th quarter. Can shoot the 3. Can put it on the deck left or right. Major springs for legs. Built like a strong safety.

If he were 6-4 instead of 6-1 he would be at Michigan St instead of Loyola.

Sure, but if he had been 5' 10" he would be playing at Loyola.

Any more rumblings about Terrion opening his recruiting back up?

Comparing a 6-1 point guard in his 3rd year of college to a 6-1 high school 2-guard? Ok.

Great observation! It's a scientific fact that humans grow to their given height, then shrink as we continue to age. Winston was 6'4" when Michigan St originally signed him rendering cpacmels argument baseless.
