With better ball handling and passing skills, but athletically I agree

Anyone have this kid's shooting percentages? 95% of highlights are layups or dunks. Great at the HS level, but we know this wont translate to D1 basketball. A guard in the MVC needs to be able to be an effective shooter. Not seeing any highlights of his jump shot except in pre game warmups. Hope he's not another in the long line of Muller players who is athletic, but not a great basketball player.

His numbers seem to indicate he's a pretty good all around player. hopefully he can shoot effectively from 18+

If that's true, he'll be All-Freshmen next year. Williams' would've been the best player on our team this past season.

Looks like Howard’s team won tonight which takes them to the sweet sixteen played at Rupp Arena.

He had 16 pts, 10 reb, 3 assists, and 3 steals tonight.

I have a feeling Fleming will be our prized recruit. I think his injuries kept him from high major interest and we stole one.

Good to see one of Louisville’s radio guys say this:

His injuries definitely did. Luckily we stayed on him and one of the things his coach said was go somewhere where they have always wanted you and where you feel at home. Fleming said that was ISU. He'll look really good next to Horne and Reeves.

I agree, he is the recruit I've been most excited about. I like his combination of size and PG skills, and after his commitment he has been all in for ISU on twitter, and it has been fantastic to watch. I think not only will he be good for us on the floor, but he'll sell us to other recruits as well once he is here.

Honestly, our back court has a chance to be really really good with Horne, Reeves, Boyd, and Fleming. We just desperately need good front court play. Someone who can score on a regular basis in the paint will open things up all over the place for our talented guards. Bruninga planted on the perimeter doesn’t help and ndiaye not being a scoring threat also does not help. Can Kotov help in this department? I have no idea but I hope our coaching staff sees it.

Four Years!

I can see us being really good in 2-3 years. Unfortunately, that’s how long this will take. It would probably be longer if we clear house with a brand new regime.

Meh. We're one really good juco (400+ pts) away from top half.

I can change my tune pretty quickly if we sign one of these grad transfer bigs and they end up being a very solid contributor. Would be nice to have a Deontae Hawkins type of scorer and it looks like we’re after people with that type of offensive ability.

Flemming named to Second Team All-State....He played in like 14 games....I think we've got a good one if he stays here and healthy.

Also, keep an eye on the freshmen Kaleb Glenn. Muller and Co could be connecting early having seen Male play so often.
Kaleb Glenn, a 6-7 freshman, averaged a double-double (13.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game) while shooting a state-best 73.9 percent on field-goal attempts.

“If he keeps improving, he’s probably going to go down as one of the greatest players to ever go through Male,” Haworth says. “I’ve talked to different college coaches, they said he would start for them right now — and these are D-I, mid-major schools.”

Methinks the Male coach is 'hearing' more than what is actually said. Not a chance a HS frosh would be starting at a D1 school "right now". Were that remotely true, he'd already have HM offers, not just Kentucky State. Still, I think the real message is that this kid is gonna be good.
