One more article from the Prairie State Pigskin. The brightest spot in the article to me seemed to be that the Redbirds will have a soft schedule in 2023 against several teams with poor records and they will not play NDSU, SIU or South Dakota. So they anticipate a 7, 8 or 9 win season and playoff berth due to a soft schedule but not because the team will be better. I cant say I disagree all that much but still a back handed compliment.
