I think it’s part of the team just getting more comfortable in the offense and with each other. It’s the same offense as game 1, but you’d never know it now. I don’t think todays team while healthy (with Liam and Malachi) loses to Western or loses all 3 Thanksgiving week by double digits.

Something is clicking and while there will still be ups and downs this is fun.
Very true. and maybe the best thing I like about our offense is that when someone is in foul trouble or hurt, another player can step right in. Hopefully, we will see some consistency in our offense from year to year as well as new players arrive.

Hopefully minus the guns too!
Who’s going to tell him? Felony gun charges were dismissed and he plead down to misdemeanor “Attempted Unlawful Transportation of a Weapon.” There’s his free pass. Hopefully he doesn’t repeat.

Absolutely right, it’s called cohesiveness. Being a cohesive brings confidence on both ends of the floor. The team shooting is still going to get better and better. I think what we’ve seen the last two games are only the top of the iceberg. I still see at a minimum of 5 kids that can drop at least 10 on any given night. I don’t know how many teams nationally can say that I believe it’s true at ISU.

I think the team has 6-7 + contributors. With 1-2 alright role players. We saw last night with the injuries and foul trouble that there just isn’t much depth.

Speaking of hoping Malachi’s hamstring recovery is going well. He was looking better and better each game. And condolences to your family as Pedon mentioned in the post game.

You should probably know someone's situation before mouthing off, or you look like a heartless jerk. Like in this case.
Quinn, he didn't mean to be nasty, I'm fine, the good news is Sgt Hulka and his wife came to visit me at my assisted living in Yorkville. It was a great visit hadn't seen them for years, we talked for 3 hours.

Did he bring you some of his daughter’s beer soap made with our brown ale? Pairs beautifully with urinal cakes and two-ply!
