Has any season ticket holders received notification yet that their e-tickets are available to download?

OK, it's EOD Thursday and I got an email today to download my WBB tickets, but have not received my MBB tickets. Am I alone and need to call the Ticket Office? Also, no parking pass for MBB yet either. Sure, I can call but I'm sure they have my picture and phone # posted on a "Do Not Answer" list. Just checking if I had company in the "feeling neglected" department.

I got an email for my men's basketball tickets. I can download the tickets to my Google wallet from the email link however I. Annoy log into my account and see the tickets. I need to do this in order to transfer the tickets electronically

For what its worth I called the ticket office yesterday a few hours after I heard that MBB tickets were sent out to people and the young lady looked it up talked to her boss about what the problem (was on hold for probably 3 minutes or so) and then my MBB tickets were emailed to me. Idk what the problem was but glad I got my tickets.

Called. Sent tickets again. Got 'em. Parking mailed Monday. Should be here by tomorrow. There will be open lots for parking Sunday.

Is there a similar delay in the individual game tix for the Horton game? I bought them the night they became available but I haven't received them yet (digital tix). I can't recall if they said they'd be sent out at a later date?

I talked with ticket office and while the season ticket email has been sent, the tickets are not showing in the accounts yet. They are working on correcting this. You will not ge able to transfer tickets electronically until then. Normally you would be able to download to you wallet and print from there too. Instead you can save to your wallet by clicking on the game links at the bottom if the email.
