Mopping floor with SIU tonight again. Will be 13-0.

first half stats against SIU tonight.

-Rebounding margin +13
-8 assists. 6 turnovers.
-4 fouls

you are starting to see why teams like Loyola and Drake win. Because they are disciplined, fundamentally sound, unselfish, team players who value the basketball and guard (everything we are not and have not been for the past 3 years).

Pretty amazing what Devries has done. He will surely be gone after this year.

Yeah, watched some last night and first half today. They look really good, that is 2 more losses.

Imagine if Drake still had Liam Robbins. He had 27, 14 and 5 for Minnesota in a 17-pt win over Ohio St last night.

We seriously might lose to Drake by 50 or 60 pts. They play very very hard. Help D everywhere. Transition offense. 4 or 5 strong guards who rarely make mistakes.

The top of the Valley might prove to be an interesting tussle. Mo St, Drake, bu, and Loyola could make for entertaining viewing. We, on the other hand, will be battling to wear white on "play in" Thursday.

Honestly, I hope we do. Change needs to happen and, sadly, the best way to hasten it is via continued national embarrassment (something we’ve proven to be excellent at).

My measure of success this season will be that Bradley does not win the regular season or the tournament. This is part of my plan every year, but this year it is the only realistic goal I have for the season. Go DRAKE!

Starting to think the only kid who can really change things for ISU is Fleming. Once things slow down for him hopefully he takes over the team and has the ball in his hands the most.

Horne and Strong better off the ball. Reeves is a stand in the corner type player.

we are just going to have to wait and hope. Fleming and Mahorcic ball screen offense. Fleming penetrates. Mid-range shots...dribble-drive....kickouts to shooters.

none of it matters unless all 5 on the court gang rebound and our guards get way better moving their feet though.

This season is lost (Captain Obvious, here). Screw everything this year, even Thursday. You wanna get rid of Dan? Finishing last and out on Thursday will be a very compelling argument. Take the offense away from Jones. Give it to Belcher. Hell give it to the team managers. Start tracking "poor shots" and find a way to give consequences for each poor shot.

Move Horne off the point. Play lots of Fleming, Washington, Andrews, and Sissoko. See what we've got in those 4 to see which, if any, are bright spots for the future. Play more Johnson to see if he can be a zone buster. Give Reeves garbage minutes, he's proven he can't shoot and hasn't shown he's a better defender than the others.

Recruit a solid juco PG to back up Fleming next year. Keep Fleming, Horne, Strong, Mahorcic, Boyd (as an offensive spark), and the other 3 frosh (maybe Ndiaye if he improves). Jettison the rest. Give recruiting authority completely to Belcher.

If Dan survives the season, encourage Jones to find a D2/D3 School to take the helm.

Unfortunately I am in agreement that the Dan Muller experiment needs to come to an end after this year.
My question is, who do you hire?

I’d look at Matt Figger at Austin Peay, Mark Adams asst at Tx Tech, or Daniyal Robinson asst at Iowa State (& former Redbird asst)
