Crazy statline from Johnson the other day. Considered by some to be the top unsigned player in the 2023 class. I do not believe we are looking to add 2023 high school players at this time, but if there was one to pursue, Johnson is it. I wonder how other teams handle their scholarship situations when they know players will transfer after the season, but technically do not have any available.

If Daniel Johnson’s talent level is up there with Pence, Kinziger, and Walker, I would love to see him in a Redbird uniform. We are losing a ton after the 2023-24 season. Would love to have our 2023-24 freshman ready to take over the starting roles in the 2024-25 season. And start dominating in the Valley in the 2025-26 season.
