More transfers still become available every day. Anyone want a walk-on with experience playing the last several years against some of the best players in the country? Unless he got a waiver I believe he would be a sit 1 play 2.

Maybe the Wildcats come play a game in Normal if that happened.

I've gotta think that we have the inside track on a lot of these North Dakota kids that are leaving. DeSean Allen-Eikens is moving on from UND. The Birds did offer him out of HS and INST did too, which leads me to believe Belcher was involved, too.

Jal Bijek- a 6'8 stretch 4/wing is available. His list of offers/interest is extensive.

I'd take him. He's got the size we could use and would be a good project. Kind of reminds me of Jon Wilkins.

Appears we may have reached out to Greg Foster, Jr. He's transferring from Gonzaga. Originally from Milwaukee. Dad played 13 years in NBA, and is currently an assistant with the Atlanta Hawks.

3 years at suburban Homestead H.S. north of Milwaukee. Moved with Mom to Vegas for his senior year. Legitimate 6'6" point guard in the MVC? I can dream can't I?

the father was a solid player. spent some time with the Bulls in the 90's. very powerful dunker. played hard all the time. UTEP I think is where he played his college ball. this is the type of transfer that would be very nice to acquire.

Total of three NBA players on that 1989 team ... Hardaway, Davis and Foster .... probabky should have gone further in the NCAA tournament with that talent.

Nice comp. Definitely needs to get stronger to have success in the Valley.

Just as an FYI . . . there are still over 300 players who've not committed to a new school in the transfer portal. A breakdown of those players, approximately:

60 have immediate eligibility:
- 20+ were rated at least 3-stars by 1 or more scouts
- 5 of those are PGs (in case Torres isn't eligible)

250 are not immediately available:
- 75 were rated at least 3-stars by 1 or more scouts

Many of these will not fit with the Birds, but there are some good kids still out there. I have no idea if we're looking or even interested in any of them. With an open schollie I would have to think we're at least keeping an eye open on some in case they're still available as the summer closes.

I'd think that's worth a call- athletic 7 footer who can defend.

Sit 1 play 3- imaging him with Rey and Ndiaye. That's a big line up.
