He has got to be such an inspiration for the players. He was moving around on the sideline Saturday and was very involved with the players in one-on-one interactions. He sure seemed to have a great connection with many of them.

Really nice article on Jim. Great job Randy. If you ever get the chance meet him. You will come away very impressed. He's one different cat, in a great way. He really cares about these kids. Most hands on with football but he oversees all of our athletes.

When I used to call the weight room the most important room in the school people would look at me like I was crazy. I'd just say stop in any time. Watch these kids work together. Jim brings a one for all and all for one culture to everything he does. What an inspiration.
