In 2018, my wife and I made the trip and it was a pretty good time. Met a couple of posters here from other parts of the country and had some good conversations with them. We are heading down again this year with another Redbird couple. The team has changed hotels, a YUGE downgrade from where they stayed in '18, but at least we are playing down there against some decent competition. I hope ISU has some type of meet and greet as they had nothing planned in '18. We ran into two Creighton athletic dept. types walking the beach one morning and they said Creighton had something planned every day for the fans along with a meet and greet with the coach and team. We represented well as I believe our fan base was #2 behind Creighton in terms of numbers.

Anyone else heading down?

Eric Burwell (ISU Foundation Board) is organizing informal gatherings of ‘Bird fans in the Caymans. Dr Tom Nielsen
(tnielsen10@gmail.com) of the Vein Specialists is doing likewise.

Sorry I don’t have email address for Eric.

Lots of ISU fans and parents are staying at the Comfort Inn.

Yea, the Comfort Inn is fairly close to the Marriott, where the team is staying. I will reach out to ISU to see what they have on the agenda while down there. I appreciate the info.
