I think they were being really nice to him here. After his injury setback, they went after some strong WR help and got it. Based on the timing here, I expect that Cam will be picked up by someone this year.

that is a tough break .. hope he latches on somewhere. Unfortunately, Bears are stacked pretty deep at WR position. And if they had their doubts after his 1st injury, those doubts are pretty firmed up after his 2nd injury. Hope someone gives him a shot .. too talented and good guy to not get a shot somewhere .. not everyone is set at WR position. But his payday days are behind him until he proves he can stay healthy .. this is why they say NFL stands for Not For Long .. tough break, hope he lands !

That's a shame.

Hopefully Cam can get his knee right and get back on the field somewhere. I know they said he passed his physical but that injury was nasty in 2017. Not sure he passes a physical anywhere in the league if arthritis has set in which has been indicated.

Wishing Cam all the best but it looks as if time has proved that Ryan Pace made the correct call on Cam's future with the Bears.

I'd like for the Buccaneers to take a look at him, as he'd likely come at the minimum. He'd have a few Redbirds in the locker room, and I'm hoping Mike Liedtke spends 2019 on the roster (his 4th season associated with the team). Who knows, maybe Spencer Schnell will make it on with Special Teams or even the practice squad.

Giants need help at WR also. Unfortunately Cam is fighting a very uphill battle. Lots of factors very much not in his favor right now.

If it all works out Cam could not be going to a better place. Low risk for the Pat's and a great opportunity for Cam. I hope it all works out.
