Rice is 5-7 and 18 teams are 6-6 in bowl games. So yes if Illinois State played in a FBS League they would probably most likely be playing in a bowl game and making money and kids won't be leaving the school left and right. That would make high School enthusiast happy because they would be playing away and the high school championships could be at Hancock and they wouldn't have to worry about any games have to go to so you can rake their yards or whatever excuse you use not to attend.
