We haven't had a receiver average two catches per game since 2018. If a few WRs don't emerge from this current group, perhaps a playmaker RB will switch positions.
Move Nigel White around .... a lot. I want to see the ball in his hands and in space.

ISU received the 31st most votes in the AFCA poll this week. Were ahead of South Dakota, Youngstown State, and North Dakota of Valley teams that received votes. We did not receive votes in the season opening poll.

Jesus! That’s a shocking stat.

Kinda makes us easy to game-plan against…

Really. Opponent DC: “Once a WR catches a pass, don’t cover him anymore. If they’ve all caught a pass, cover the TE and stack the line.”

I was checking your work and found "the exception that proves the rule" - Andrew Edgar had 19 receptions in 8 games in 2019. So he wasn't the leading receiver by receptions or yards, but had the best avg. And led in TD's with 4. Geez, as a team, 10 passing TD's in 15 games! Well, some RB named Robinson was getting all the glory!

Still, no question the record is dismal.

So far this year we have a balance TD ratio between rushing and passing
