We just posted our latest podcast and we are proud to say we have our first guest from the women's program. Mary Crompton joins us on epidode #36. She goes over a variety of tipics including her recruitment to ISU and committing to a program that lack success, her injuries, things that helped make her a successful 3 point shooter, and how the program has progressed under Coach G producing 2 NIT and a NCAA appearances

Let us know what you think and hopefully we can get more guests from the women's program.

We just posted Episode 47 and our guest is Dr Jill Hutchison. Our former coach of women's basketball for 28 years discusses the transition of women's basketball from Title IX to AIWA to NCAA, how the Gateway Conference came about, recruiting changes/challenges '70-'90s, and the best basketball ERA for ISU.

We hope you enjoy and as always any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Treasure is so appropriate. We are glad you enjoyed it. I hope everyone has the opportunity to listen or better yet meet her in person. We were fortunate enought to sit by her at the MVC Tournament last year and is humble, approachable, and an Iconic Redbird.

This is awesome, great job guys. My family can't thank Jill enough for everything she has done. My grandfather worked at Horton and knew Jill. They hadn't seen each other in 30yrs or so yet she still showed up to his funeral. What a remarkable women and pioneer for isu and women's athletics.

Another great episode guys. Agreed that Dr. Jill is a treasure. Had the pleasure of meeting her several times as a student, always enjoyable to have a chat with. Incredible hoops knowledge but just an overall awesome person.
