Gladly We Drink and 1857 are excellent ideas for certain.

Also, if you're doing one based on Gibbons it should be aged in whiskey barrel since he went out of his way in his Senior Night Speech to thank his parents and the bottle of Jack that brought him here.

42 Seconds to Frisco

Dropkick

Officials Series (next two):

Surfer Dude (West Coast IPA even though Higgins is from Kansas?)

All About Geri (or Pollard Show)

Norris (for the Porter; he was an ISU fixture for much longer than Moser - just not in athletics)

We will probably take Redbird Jesus up on his NIL offer for a holiday ale.

Illinois State Normal Red (Ale)

1857 (love this previously shared one)

The Craig Robinson (because he is already all over the place, he may even approve)

Illinois' First (first public university in Illinois)

Abe's Ale (Lincoln drafted the papers to secure funding)

And my favorite

Phantom Ale has a nice ring to it -- we'll work out royalties later
