I saw him about five years ago and was disappointed. Fortunately he had a young guitarist who could really play. The best show in the history of the United States was George Thorogood & The Destroyers at the Lafayette Club.

With endorsements and working with the NCAA yes he made a considerable more money than his salary. And I heard the new contract is somewhere around $285,000 a yearMuller was making $1 million per year?? I must have missed that. Do you even know what Pedon's annual salary is going to be?

I thought Pedon signed for 550k. He made 500k at OSU. Muller was 600k. I am sure both have some other deals that are in the ball park. With endorsements and working with the NCAA yes he made a considerable more money than his salary. And I heard the new contract is somewhere around $285,000 a year

Wow, Timmy. If you thought Welk was vaudeville, can I interest in some Southern Illinois land NFTs?Ummmmm vaudeville ended a few years back.
Yep. Unfortunately covid stole some twilight touring years but they're coming back. Saw Dave Mason and Marshall Tucker recently. Mason can still wail.
I get to see the band Chicago at least a few times each year. I played ball with a band member's brother. I'll bet I've seen them a couple of hundred times in the last 50 years. When I was in high school they toured with the Beach Boys. I was in awe at those shows. This year they'll be playing with Brian Wilson. I'm giddy with delight about the chance to meet him again. I guess that makes me old but with age there are benefits.I've seen Mason twice in the past 7 or 8 years. Small venue ( Soiled Dove Underground ) and he was very good both times. I think he was the heart and soul of Traffic even though Steve was the more recognized voice.
