I like Poindexter. I wish he would shoot more but he is a steady heady player.

I agree he’s passing up way too many shots. He’s turning it over too much today also. He just go too long between shot attempts to be more of a help on the offensive end. The other thing I see is he rarely ever gets it when he’s wide open. I’ve said before this team doesn’t have good basketball eyes.

I’d like to see Schmitt over Joe P and Kotov. The offense seemed to flow a bit while he was out there. He rolls to the basket after setting a pick instead of popping. I like that from him.

The offense looks better with him out there, but then he lets a guy drive right past him inside the paint.

I’d go small at this point. Petrakis, Kotov and Schmitt bring very little to the table.

Lewis getting good shots in the paint, but can’t finish. A couple rolls to the basket defending himself by bumbling his feet!

Every shot by Lewis is barely getting to the front of the rim - shoot the damn ball to give it a chance to go in. Way to much dribbling and dribbling in traffic. On defense - grab the ball with both hands - instead of using one arm or trying to dribble it right away. Turnovers - ugh.

I think he thought the guard was going to switch back. The guard initially went to his left and Scmitt picked him up ... the Evasville guard went back right and I believe he thought they would switch back.

Kotov and Petrakis are and have been defensive liabilities the whole yesr. I would play Schmitt over them. I don't know why we haven't seen him since SIUE

My least favorite play of the game, and there are several, was when Burford got the ball on the wing and could have made an extra pass to Poindexter for a wide open shot. But, yeah, why feed the hot hand?
